Common questions

There's a delay between my tap and the sound. Bluetooth speakers and headphones add their own delay. For playing, use the phone speaker or wired headphones. Settings > Sound delay shows the delay measured on your phone.

How do I mute a note? Keep your finger on the note after you strike it. You can turn this off in Settings > Touch.

How do I make a singing bowl sing? Hold your finger on a bowl, then move it in circles around the rim. The faster you circle, the louder it sings.

My real handpan has a different scale. Open Scales > Build your own and set each note to match your instrument (Dinglo Pro).

The Tuner doesn't hear anything. The Tuner needs microphone access. Allow it when asked, or in Android Settings > Apps > Dinglo > Permissions. Strike one note and let it ring close to the phone.

Where are my recordings? In the Library tab. Tap the share button to save or send one as an audio file.

I bought Dinglo Pro on another phone. Open Library > Settings > Restore purchases while signed in to the same Google account.

How do I cancel my subscription? In Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
